This is a project trailer.
The original plan was to tear the entire shell off and build a new one, fit and proper for our cold Alaskan winters. But... plans change. So I'm selling it. Dirt cheap.
There was a kitchen fire before I got it, so the interior has sustained someminordamage (this might be a concern if you want to live in it as-is). I could be mistaken, but the roof might have a small leak over the dining table area.
The furnace works as far as I know. It wanted to fire up when I tried it, but the chimney was blocked for airflow at the time (a tarp), so I didn't get a full test out of it. But I believe it works.
Other than all that, it's a good little trailer, solid and free of dry-rot. It'll make for a nice little project for you.
