Bought new last fall, never used. Cost over 15k at camping world, has a nice sized bathroom with whole wall cabinets, Wall mounted AC, and fireplace heater. 12 volt frig, and propane 3 burner stove top, and water heater. I added a spare tire and rack to back bumper.
