Clear title in hand. Drama free pick up shortly after purchase, please. Vehicle will need to be removed / towed from rear yard of home. Flatbed is likely the best method, because the camper has an automatic transmission, and tires are old.

I am listing this for my brother-in-law, who says engine and drive-train were operating fine when parked.
The vehicle failed VA state inspection 06/05/2012 @ 121371miles; inspection rejected for both front lower ball joints, and both front brake calipers & hoses (copy of VA inspection rejection attached). Camper was driven home, parked and has not been driven since. We have not attempted to get the vehicle running; no keys, dead battery, old gas. Accordingly, camper systems’ operational status is unknown.
The current odo reading is estimated to be no more than 121390.
Water leaks. There is water damage to roof areas and around some windows. Camper cabinets show signs of water damage as well. Camper Interior and upholstery has been exposed to moisture
Frame appears solid & roadworthy.
The interior is original, and shows signs of water damage.

Roof top AC unit cover damaged.
