Recent repairs made to the tune of $7000 to insure road reliability. Hydraulic levelers, hoses, oil change,7000 watt gen. gone through. No leaks, tires are new-ish The carpet has plastic covering, my guess since new. The interior upholstery is very goodbut the driver seat should be recovered. This is a well-maintained non smoking coach with no noticeable odors.The MH is on my property that can be demonstrated that there are no leaks of any kind, unlike when I purchased it about three years ago. The MH was recently driven over CA's western mountains in high heat towing a Fiat 500 automobile with no problems whatsoever. The Fiat is also available for sale, with all towing gear. The milage on the car is 75253 presently.The MH has 58237 actual miles. The MH sits in historic Kingman AZ, a two-hour drive from Las Vegas. Get your kicks on Route 66.
