This Excella 1000 Classic was bought new in 1991 and happily used for 34 years. Age of owners requires sale. Every appliance works. Queen size bed in rear bedroom. Front couch folds out into a bed. Tires are mid life. Tires rot before they wear out, so they are replaced every six to eight years. These tires are 3 years old. The Excella trim package includes window blinds and shades. This trailer has the fine wood trim and is in excellent condition. This trailer does not have an odometer, so the mileage is estimated. It was used one or two times a year to travel to bluegrass festivals, about 1500 to 2000 miles per year. Owners are the original owners since new. Owners are non-smokers. No one has ever smoked in this trailer, so there is no smoke smell, the wood and furnishings are not smoke stained.
