31ft Twin Bed Rear Bath 31ft Airstream. Full Zip-Dee all around awning system in perfect working order. Needs some work to be fully usable as is.
Overall it is in good shape. Was very well maintained by a single owner until is passing in 2020. It's been sitting the last 5 years. Tows great. Good candidate for a full remodel, or with a few fixes could be used as-is.
Current condition - Most of the interior is intact with just the front original couch/bed removed. There are a couple of spots in the floor that need repair, just to the right of the entry door there is a 8" hole that needs patching, and another small one where the fold out table would attach.
The "Vista View" porthole windows need to be re-sealed.
Newer 3-way fridge was installed at some point. Untested.
Zip-Dee awning hardware was all maintained/replaced around 2010 at the ZipDee factory. Paperwork on the trailer includes the original manual, and receipts and records of the last 20 years or so of maintenance are included. Multiple sets of kyes for all locks included. Awning fabric is in mostly good condition and servicable.
Belly pan is in good shape - no known issues. All 4 leveling jacks are installed.
Bathroom had started to undergo a slight remodel - new cabinet/sink/faucet. New stainless steel shower pan was fabricated (not installed or finished yet). Water system is not hooked up at the gally sink, or the rear bath and is untested.
Exterior is mostly good. As pictured a crease in the right front corner panel, slight dent in the rear left quarter panel, and a dent in the left front upper panel just above the marker light. Outside of that, its in good shape.
