Vintage travel trailer, used as an office for a couple years. Good bit of restoration work done, perfect for a shop, or a good starting point for a full restoration.
Electrical in good shape, lights/outlets/fans work, includes lithium battery. Faucets and toilet tested and working before kitchen was removed, shower is currently capped off. Replacement tanks included for mobile use. Hot water heater (tested) and awning (not used) are 2 years old. Electric/propane fridge fairly recent model (not currently hooked up). Bearings packed recently, tows great. Subfloor in front replaced and beams coated, rear/bathroom floor are solid. Fresh paint and replacement window glass for rear included (tint is peeling).
