Vintage 25’ Airstream Cruiser, needs a little TLC, cleaning mostly but everything works but not sure about the hot water heater. The AC is fairly new and works great. The back window is cracked and needs to be replaced. And the bathroom needs a floor grate and the sink shelf needs to be replaced. You may want to upgrade the faucet and shower setup as well. I’ve owner it for the last 20 years and it’s time to part with it. It sits on a private lot in and if you wish to keep it there you can lease the space for $650/month from the lot owner. Water and electric is included. It’s setup with a septic tank system which you will have to get pumped out when needed. I bought the trailer in Texas and never got a title for it but I think I have all the documentation you will need to get it titled. Pick up only, I no longer have a tow vehicle. Cash Only.
