This 1996 Winnebago has zero delamination. Very solid unit. 75K miles. Low ownership but always moved some, not sitting.Originated in Florida.

Tires look good, no signs of weather cracks however date codes are 11, 14, 18. So will need at least some tires replaced soon.
Has back up cam that works fine. Needs very little work. Would be a great candidate for a repaint or a wrap.
I just resealed the roof. Mostly on the drivers side as there was some storm damage. something poked a few holes in the fiberglass roof skin. I sealed the holes and then I recovered almost the entire drivers side of the roof with rv rubber roof. Just wanted to make sure it's tight. The roof structure did not suffer any damage. And it is comprised of all molded styrofoam, so it did not sustain any water damage during the short period of time after the holes were made in it.
This is a really good deal on an older really solid RV. The slide out works perfect and has an aluminum roof.It also has an aluminum bottom, rock solid.
This unit is equipped with hydraulic leveling jacks that operate from the drivers seat. All works perfect.
Two AC units, both work perfect.
Furnace, Hot water heater, lights, all work perfect.
Two deluxe vent fans.
Big reese hitch on back for towing extra toys.
Big block ford engine, fuel injected. Starts right up every time.
Air bags in rear suspension. Shrader valve for each is mounted in fender skirts.
Onan generator starts right up. Has inside remote start. Only 354 hours.
I drove this 85 mi on the interstate at 70 mph. It drives perfect. Cruise control works. Steering is tight brakes are great.
The cloth on the awning will need replaced and the cloth on the roller over the slide out will also need replaced.
Note: yes the generator is fine it is slanted a little bit but that is how it's mounted nothing wrong with it. Only 354 hours on it.
