Good running Toyota, always starts and runs. Good gas mileage with cold dash air with newer freon type. Roof air newer unit and airbags on rear replaced couple thousand miles ago. No stains in interior on wall or roof and no pet smells. Vehicle is older so paint and general condition shows normal flaws and hail dents on hood. The starter motor on generator when out recently and have never used water heater or furnace . Owned 3 years and told everything works but you need to inspect it because haven't used. The stove and water system has been working but flush water tank before use. Comes with small dc fridge and haven't used camper fridge due to vehicles has to be level to work. The front end is slightly off from hitting curb most likely and will feel slight vibration only if over 65 but tops out at 70 anyway. Steering wheel off center few degrees but drives very well. The frame is great shape Expect to tinker with RV and have basic repair skills to own. Been trouble free for me only had to replace engine battery, These RV's always have some kind of leakage but no stains as far as can tell. An older vehicle so even if hasn't cause me problems express no warranty and buyer assumes condition with age of item. A very cheap way to camp with low gas and insurance cost.
