Used Trailmanor 3023 Travel Trailer, this folding camper is in good used condition, it sleep 5-6 people. It comes with working refrigerator (propane/12volt/110volt), A/C unit, propane stove and oven, bathroom with small sink and bath tub, propane heater and water heater. Camper is fully operational, but we did not use the heater or propane refrigerator this season. Over the years we upgraded few things: 4 Libra stabilizer jacks, new tires and deep cycle battery this year, upgraded inside and outside lights to LED, roof sealed 3 years ago. Camper comes with all cables, sewer hoses and water connections. This camper weighs around 3500lbs empty, can be towed by SUV.
