The coach has aaFlorida Rebuildable Titledue to fresh water flood damage. Water was approximately two feet in to lower compartments bays. Items that were serviced were Aqua Hot, Hydraulic unit, Engine, Transmission and Generator. Items that were replaced are engine starter, step motor/module, inverter, water pump, slide-out tray motors and electrical components, power and water hose reel, control board and electrical components that were in the water were also replaced.All parts were original that were installed by Tiffin. Coach was driven from Florida to California after the flood. Coach is now located in Sacramento California, Everything works like it should, and the coach runs and drives amazing.
