This Coach has been taken care of. It has had repairs completed as needed. Front Steer tires have been replaced 2024 and have less than 5000 miles. Rear tires are in good shape. New entry steps 2025, The Coach has Four slides. Separate Washer and Dryer. Will come with a new Unused Queen Mattress in the bedroom. The passenger side couch pulls out and has an air adjustable Queen mattress. This unit has all that Tiffin offered in 2010. Has the Diesel Generator which was recently serviced in 2024 with new oil and filters and less than 700 hours. The Crack is approx 14” total length. This crack is contained tithe area below the Bedroom slide and stops at the siding retainer strip. It cannot spread to any other area. I have sealed the crack with clear Silicone to prevent water intrusion.
The picture of the compartment doors shows the damage . The compartment doors as are fully functional and open and close as well as lock. If you would like to have additional photos please let me Know.
