This is a fantastic, low-mileage (35,000 miles) 2005 Class A motorhome on a Workhorse W22 chassis. Clean title in hand. It spent almost its entire life stored inside in the dry climate of Texas before moving to Fairfield, Iowa late last year, meaning it is in excellent shape and free of the weather wear you normally see on older rigs.
Everything works perfectly, and it runs beautifully. We used it a bunch and truly enjoyed driving it, but life changes are forcing a sale.
This is a Firm "As-Is" Sale (Please Read): I am currently going through a divorce, and to cleanly split our assets, a portion of the money from this sale will be going directly to my ex-wife. Because those funds will be immediately transferred and tied up, I absolutely cannot process any returns, refunds, or cancellations. I don't have a "Best Offer" option listed because the price is set based on what we need to finalize things.

Some Specs: From what I understand, this chassis is in high demand.
Engine:8.1L GM Vortec V8 engine known for its torque and longevity. Only 35k miles, so it's got a long ways to go.
Transmission: Allison 1000 5-speed automatic transmission
Chassis: Workhorse Custom W22.
GVWR: 19,501 lbs, giving you massive carrying capacity.
Fuel Type: Runs on unleaded gasoline, not diesel.
Stance: Wide-track front suspension. Stable and with a tighter turning radius than comparable Ford chassis from this era.
Space: Once parked, the slide-outs open up the interior to create a massive living space. It genuinely feels like a small apartment rather than a vehicle when fully expanded.
Generator Included: It's been run once a year to make sure it's in shape, but it's never had to used on the road.
Tires: Recently inspected and old tires updated with new ones.
Notes on Interior:
No TVs: We used this RV to escape into nature and disconnect, so we never installed any televisions.
Microwave: You won't see a microwave in the current photos, but I have one currently being shipped to my house that will be installed before you pick the vehicle up.
Seating: The factory couch was incredibly uncomfortable. We pulled it out and replaced it with a futon that fit snug, looked better, and was way more comfortable. The futon is not included in the sale, but the space is ready for your own, and I am happy to send you a recommendation for the exact one we used.
Known Flaws:
There is a small crack on the driver's side of the windshield. It has been there for years, hasn't grown or spread, and does not obstruct the view, but I want to be completely upfront about it.
Delivery Option: While I strongly encourage you to come inspect it in person, I would be willing to drive the RV to you. Delivery would be a completely separate conversation and is not included in the eBay price. Full payment for the RV, plus proof of insurance (with guest drivers explicitly covered), would be required before I put the keys in the ignition to bring it to you.
