This 2004 Tiffin Phaeton 35RH has been extremely well cared for and stored inside, helping preserve both the exterior finish and interior condition. It is a 2-owner coach, washed and waxed yearly, and comes free and clear with numerous upgrades, accessories, and thoughtful improvements that make it ready for comfortable travel right away.
Built on a Freightliner chassis with a Cummins 300 HP diesel engine, this motorhome delivers smooth performance with air ride suspension, air brakes with ABS, and dependable power from a 7.5kW Onan Quiet Diesel generator. The coach is equipped with HWH power leveling, one slide-out with topper, a power retractable patio awning, and a door awning. It rides on polished aluminum wheels that give the coach a sharp chrome-like appearance.
Inside, the coach features beautiful oak cabinetry, Corian countertops, day/night shades, and a comfortable layout. The kitchen includes a 3-burner stovetop, convection microwave oven, and a newer residential refrigerator/freezer with a stand-alone ice maker. There is also a 1-cu-ft refrigerator in a storage bay, perfect for drinks or extra storage while traveling. The living area offers a sofa-bed, recliner, table with four chairs, along with TVs in both the living room and bedroom, AM/FM radio, and satellite dish. The bedroom features a queen bed for comfortable sleeping.
Climate control is handled by two air conditioners with heat pumps, and the coach has been upgraded with two brand-new smart thermostats that can be controlled remotely or through an app. Additional updates include new faucets and a double electric front entrance step.
Power systems have also been upgraded with four AGM house batteries (instead of the original two) plus two AGM chassis batteries, all newer. Protection and electrical reliability are enhanced with both an external surge protector and a newly installed hard-wired surge protector. Upgraded shades. Built in CB Radio.
