2024 Thor Motor Coach Quantum LC22 Excellent Condition

This motorhome looks and smells brand new, is simple to drive, only 24 feet long, and sleeps the whole family.
Our priorities when we purchased this RV were: - FORD chassis E350, 7.3L engine - Compact motorhome with sleeping for 6, and no slides - Shoulder belts for passengers - Contemporary fit and finish (no dorky fabrics, flooring or hardware) - Permanent bed we didn't have to set up nightly - Large dinette for meals and games, convertible for sleeping - Dry bath (with shower miser hot water recycling) - Large front window in cab-over bunk (a deal breaker!) - Solar power with fixed rear ladder for access
We found what we were looking for in the Quantum LC22. It can go anywhere, in any weather. It runs like a clock, has great room for passengers, and immense outside storage.
We added a FROLI sleep system under the primary bed which made it oh so comfortable, and eliminated any mold/mildew concerns. We replaced the original coach batteries with two premium AGM deep cycle batteries, which eliminated maintenance, and extended off-grid time. This summer we also replaced the cab battery with a Diehard Platinum AGM battery.

We've been amazed by the MPG, handling, high build quality, great looks and low operating cost. We've had no maintenance issues. It's the most reliable RV we've ever had (and we've had 6!). All components operate as they should. It's been garaged and kept very clean. No smoking or pets. Living in the south, it's seen very little snow, salt, ice or sand, so corrosion is not an issue. This is a unique, well-built rig at a great price.
We're selling because we've been blessed with so many grandkids! Please don't hesitate to ask questions. As a christian and a Marine (Semper Fi!) I stand behind this RV and will hate to see it go. Owners manuals, maintenance records and several extras are included, like a brand new, unopened premium RV cover. Vehicle is also for sale locally.
