We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.

We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:
The Ford V10engineruns good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onangen works with approx 16hours.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 800 miles with no issues.
There is a roof AC unitthat works.
The LP system, furnace, Water Heater and Stove top function.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system should work, the original owners said that they never used the water, they just travelled to see their son a couple thousand miles away a few times a year, they never really camped in it.
The fridge works.
The power cord is a 30 amp.
The radio works as will as the back up and side view cameras.
The batteries were replaced as per the original owner about a year ago.
The main awning works, the front edge of the material has a small scrape but is still ok.
We have all of thekeys.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator, the owner stated that the fluids were changed about a year ago.
We did NOT check anything else.

We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform any service that you need since we are a full service facility.
