Very careful records kept of restoration details and maintenance. Comes with a trove of original parts and extra wood paneling, etc. all you need!
The trailer is currently water-tight. We know this because... there was a leak. After identifying its origin and repairing the leak (along the door frame) we installed some unvarnished 'placeholder' wall paneling, since I lack the skills required to perform a final repair the way it should be. We've since spent numerous rainy nights in the camper since and there are no leaks! Photos of the 'placeholder' panels are included -- let me know if you have any questions.
