2015 ROCKWOOD A192HW Hard Sided Folding Camper - barely used, stored in garage

Here is a 2015 ROCKWOOD A192HW Hard Sided A-Frame Folding Camper.Clear title.Health concerns these past few years have kept us from camping and now caused us to sell this great camper. Excellent condition! We only camped in it 8 times before we had to stop camping, and we have not used it in the past four years. Located south of the Denver, Colorado metro. The HW series are "High Wall" campers with standard kitchen cabinet height, which is very convenient when you're cooking or doing dishes! The ceiling is high enough that tall adults can walk about comfortably.

It has been stored in our garage its entire life - never stored outdoors, so no winterizing or antifreeze in the water lines. Overall this camper is clean, with no damage.

In fact, many features have never been used, such as the heater, the water heater, the propane stovetop inside (I always used my Coleman stove outside), the outdoor propane grill that snaps onto the camper side, and theTraveLooporta-potty is still new in its box. Both propane bottles are full.

We replaced the camper-grade mattress with a thick, comfy Queen-size bedroom mattress. We also sewed up a light blocking curtain for the long window above the bed. it's attached to the window frame with velcro, but it is easily removable if you prefer. the window behind has a blind.

The carbon monoxide sensor expired and has been removed. It is easy to purchase a portable CO sensor for safety and peace of mind. Also, the battery hasn't been charged in a while, so I will need to put a charger on it or replace it if necessary.
