One owner, interior in excellent condition, never smoked in. Exterior has some delamination but no leaks. New 12 volt 10 cubic foot refrigerator, 10 gallon propane/ electric water heater, two 15,000 Btu roof top A/C units, propane stove and furnace. All appliances are in excellent working order. Good tires and electric brakes.
