This is a Restroom Trailer that was built for volunteer efforts in the aftermath of Hurricanes, travel, camp, mud parks, and you could use it for tail gating. It features 40 gallons of fresh water, 38 gallons of Black water and 25 gallons of grey water. All tanks are thick plastic and are fully rinsible. There are hose fittings for each tank to add rinse water, then drain it. Head is a Raritan commercial macerating unit, elongated bowl with infinite water control, macerating pump, two factory flush settings, or hand flush by holding the button. There is a Raritan Purisan Hold and Treat waste treatment plant that chemically treats waste in the event of a disaster, or remote off grid. Use allows treated to be disposed in an approved sewer, dug swale or hole. It is set up to treat waste to a tested bacterial level of 26-30ppm with the acceptable safe level being 1000ppm. The sterilizing treating chemical (Purisan tablets) is adjustable. Black and Grey water get pumped out through a garden hose, fresh water has a gravity drain. The shower is an on demand hot water unit using those green 1 lb bottles of LP gas, you get 14 minutes of shower with tank water at 60 degrees. (24" x 27" shower pan) There is usually a gas little left. You can buy those bottles of LP gas at many more locations than attempting to find a place open to fill a larger LP gas tank in a disaster. The shower, pump, and on demand water heater is set up for one gallon per minute, and is adjustable. There are towel racks. Pull valves that allow you to direct what tank gets pumped out or filled without going under the unit. There is a sink, & mirror. All lighting is LED. Seelevel !! 4 tank monitor system. All controls for the head, water heating, pumps, lights air blower fan are push button, or switched. There is a water hose bib on the front. The 300 watt solar panel (it has a few more years left, just keep it clean) 2 -100 amp hour lithium ion batteries with very few cycles (less that 1 dozen). Garden hose storage in the rear bumper. There is a 23 quart fridge included. Storage shelves. Additionally equipped with a 1500 watt inverter with one 120 volt plug outside and one inside. There are 12 volt sockets and a USB port. This unit was built to commercial standards so it would work reliably in a disaster situation. It comes with a full operations description. This unit is not insulated for freezing. Pick up in Venice Florida or I can assist helping to ship it, at buyers expense I don't have a weight, before I added liquids it was around 500 LBs I have towed it with a 4 cylinder vehicle with ease. Tires have a lot of life left, There is a spare tire. The lockable storage up front is split. small side is very open as it houses the LP gas bottle and a back up. The other side storage houses the batteries, inverter and misc hoses & parts. The exterior is galvanized steel, with a wind foil. There is a small tempered glass window with a screen that is operational. Actual unit without the tongue and bumper is 6'4" x 5'. I will provide a bill of sale for plates if needed.
