This beauty is ready for a new family to enjoy. Frieghtliner with Cummins L10 330 turbo, Eaton 9 speed. Mechanically excellent. Would drive across country tomorrow.
Second story designed and built by professional company Colorado Camper Van. Recently put new one on. Maybe two years ago. Cost 24k.
I've owned this for 15 years. Regularly maintained at Transwest Colorado. Originally had this built for our family of four to travel North America. Plans changed but still used it as a camper.
Designed for kids (or adults) to sleep in cab with fold down couch and fold down bed. With heat and air available. Doors between cab and living space.
Inside is a bathroom with glass bathroom tile, living area with fold down couch, tv, dresser, privacy curtain, kitchen has newer fridge, microwave, propane stove, Sink, table, sliding glass door with back deck.
Upstairs has ladder and pop up top. Electric bed. Laminate floors. Heater. Lights.
Two water tanks roughly 80 gallons of water. Generator just serviced. Runs off the truck diesel. 200 gallons of fuel.
Total length of 37 feet. So easy to get around.
She is a old truck that has been well maintained. Should go for a long time. Kids are gone and we don't use it anymore.
