Roof material and AC replaced in 2024 for recall and warranty.
This camper is being sold with a SALVAGE TITLE. It was involved with flooding in our campground in 2024. There is a picture attached of this exact camper at peak water height. Water levels never passed the underbelly, meaning it did not reach the interior or electrical components. It has been inspected by an RV tech and myself personally and have found no signs of water damage. Everything has been tested and this RV has been used since the event. Attached are also photos of the underbelly including slide floor and even inside the underbelly showing the clean subfloor and frame. This is a true survivor. With a basic inspection and some time at the DMV you can easily have a rebuilt title or park it permanently somewhere as is.
