There is a small soft spot in the floor at the left side of entry door about the size of a Frisbee.
Long, King sleep sofa along the back wall in very good condition.
the studio seats have a decorative vinyl repair patch on them. Perhaps another on the bottom would make the seats look better. Arms are fine. These were from that era where the glue they used didn't hold up
Slides operate as they should.
