Brand new awning, brand new booth cushions, new outdoor lights, brand new outdoor speakers, brand new memory foam queen size mattress/ bunk mattresses, new twin recliner, and brand new battery installed 7/7/26. Electric hot water heater.
No leaks, no soft spots, just had full maintance done 7/7/26. Its been a great camper for us just time to upgrade to something bigger. Title in hand. Price is firm.
