2009 Homebuild Heirloom Quality Teardrop Trailer
The "Little Swiss Teardrop "was designed and built in Frisco, TX in 2009. It still looks, camps and even smells absolutely brand new. Solid, heirloom quality build. 100% ready to go. Brand new deep cycle battery. Always garage kept. Absolutely no leaks. Come with registration to transfer into your name only, there is no title on this type of trailer.
Teardrop is 11' long, 5' wide and has plenty of room to sit up inside. It weighs 2400lbs YOU will need to know if your vehicle will pull it, it was pulled by an SUV. Check YOUR vehicle specs, I do not know anything about your vehicle.
Built on a 5×10 custom trailer. The sides and roof are made of Baltic Birch plywood and rigid foam insulation. The sides are painted with an acrylic enamel paint. The roof is covered with manufacturer painted aluminum. The interior is well insulated and has an air conditioner that vents out the bottom of the trailer. The bed is a queen size foam mattress from IKEA.
The interior cabinets are hand made out of Red Oak, the interior walls are covered with a marine grade hull liner. Has a "Fantastic Fan" roof vent. The interior is wired for 12V lighting and 120V for the flat screen TV and DVD player. The galley has a microwave, ice chest and a propane stove.
There is NO bathroom. 2" ball, 4 pin connector.
