Very well kept with documented maintenance on this top-of-the-line class A. Upgrades have been made where needed and absolutely everything on the bus works. From November 2025, 8 new batteries, 4 new tires (two were only 4 years old) and a brand-new spare kept on board. All new main awning just installed ($3.8K). Bottom of passenger captain seat replaced with new assembly including the three motors. All three slide outs work great, and all appliances are working. This includes the 21" three burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, large capacity convection microwave, power stove vent and top of the line Splendide washer/dryer. Added fireplace not only looks great but puts out a lot of heat. Two water heater systems assure you will never run out of hot water. Dual climate heater system also assures warmth in the coldest environment. Basement type main A/C unit has a new blower motor and inspection. a secondary roof mount A/C system is present and works, I've just never used it. Dual kitchen sink with disposal and pull-out workstation. Kitchen drinking water and ice maker are on separate water filtration system. Kitchen garbage can exits from outside. Kitchen has an extra pull-out workstation while the kitchen and bathroom feature full, solid countertops. Full stand-up shower in separate bathroom with new fixtures installed.Alfas were made as top-of-the-line luxury motor homes when built, with the Gold series exceptionally well appointed. Pushbutton or key lock entry, power boarding steps, scare lights and parking floodlights all around. Tile throughout, heated in kitchen and bathroom. Alfas had one of the highest ceilings at 7'6", enabling two built in ceiling fans that work great. This design also allowed for larger than average windows offering exceptional views. All cabinetry is solid wood, no press board anywhere in the motor home. They are also known for their tremendous amount of storage, both inside the coach and in the basement with slide out drawers. Both 50Amp (and 30 amp) electrical hookup cable and water hose are on electric reels. Alfa even offered a Weber gas grill with a hook up to the main LP tank (45Gallon). The Generac 7500RV diesel generator runs great and starts at the push of a button, at the drivers station or at the generator. Receipts for a complete rebuild in 2018. Golds are powered by Cummings turbo Diesel's rated at 400 hp and over 1000 ft pounds of torque... it will tow just about anything. Allison 6-speed transmission works smooth and has no issues. Diesel fuel tank is 150 gallon, which also feeds the diesel generator. Unit was built pre-DEF so no additive needed. Engine starts right up, runs smooth and has no issues.
