This camper was a temporary place for our daughter. Remodels and improvements have been made. You can see them in the photos. Flooring is not totally completed as of 10/31/25 and will be visible in the pictures. It is currently hooked directly to a septic system. We have the black tank available if you wish to reattach it. We will have a bill of sale, as the last guy never sent the title he promised. This 20-year-old Montana is in good shape and will be an asset for someone hoping to save money vs. the cost of a new 35-foot fifth wheel. It is ready for a more permanent setup. It can easily be converted back to "travel mode". You will need a new awning for the main door since it did not come with one. The expansions extend, and the leveling jacks work. The roof was just inspected. A skylight was covered to prevent potential problems. My wife and daughter have made improvements that most will appreciate throughout.
I am still recovering from surgeries, so the remodels will be as is(as pictured). We have a manual printed. It is in a binder for the new owner. Additionally, we can email a brochure and/or manual to you in PDF format. I cannot think of any additional information we have about this Montana. I tried to provide pictures "warts and all," as the saying goes, to prevent surprises. You are welcome to inspect the unit if you call to arrange a viewing.
