2005 Remodeled 2020 DRV Doubletree Mobile Suites 5th Wheel Model 36RE3 Luxury!!! Gonna go into details here...Sorry to be verbose but I try to represent what I'm selling (and know what I'm buying when I buy) accurately and thoroughly. I'm sure I'll miss something so I welcome questions:

Mobile Suites are the absolute TOP OF THE LINE 5th wheels on the market....making this trailer nicer than most modest apartments that tenants pay $1200+ a month for. Everything works... no issues... and numerous upgrades! Well looked after.
I completely remodeled this house on wheels…well, to be a home on wheels! Both AC’s replaced (-25degrees from outside temp), programmable thermostat…you can set it at 70 and AC or Heat will come on automatically…just like a house!

New, today, this model (and they still sell this same model/design floorplan because it’s genius/timeless design) will run you upwards of $175,000. Pay 175k and in 5 years it’s worth 50k…Please be smart, and buy this one and don't eat the depreciation…it’s as nice as new, and if you ever want to sell you can get most, if not all, of your money back!

Can be pulled anywhere in the country today! The entire unit has been PROFESSIONALLY cleaned inside and out by hand and pressure washed and waxed on the outside.
These older Mobile Suites are built even better than the newer models with residential construction grade materials…it’s well insulated, quiet, and super sturdy…we had a storm with 45mph winds and it never shook. Lotta life/years left!
I’ll throw in the custom built wood entry steps/decking if buyer wants them.
Great as a full time live in rig, or add a generator (pre wired for) and go completely off grid on a new home build site, deer lease, ranch, fire rebuild.
