Some damage to outer edge of awning. Tires in fair to good condition. Interior in very good to excellent condition. Everything works great. Very large fridge. Cook stove and kitchen sink. Microwave oven. A/C and heater work great. Bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. Small sink next to bathroom. Large Queen size bed. Couch (in slide out) and kitchen table. Flooring and carpet in very good condition. TV w/ DVD player and stereo system. Two deep cycle batteries and two large propane tanks. Do not have the spare tire. Heavy Duty 7 prong trailer connector. Very easy to tow.
