1998 Venturecraft Trailblazer Camper

1998 Venturecraft Trailblazer Camper. I purchased this trailer right before the pandemic and have had it in storage almost the entire time since. Has not been registered since 2021. Occasionally used to help transport large items or assist in a move I haven't popped the tent or gotten it offroad a single time. Previous owner took meticulous care of this camper and included receipts that I will pass on to you. So it's time to let it go to a home that will put it to proper use...
Always stored indoors or underneath the shelter of a carport the exterior surfaces are in excellent shape with no major flaws. Some of the rubber stripping is crumbling, hairline cracks around the latches, but nothing dysfunctional or in need of immediate repair. Approximately 400 lbs when empty it is easy to tow behind most any vehicle and easy to maneuver manually in tight spaces.

• Original brochures, service receipts, and clean title
• Queen bed 80"x60" foam mattress is original.
• Blue canvas walls show the typical blemishes and minor flaws from age and use. A few small holes at the bottom edge at the ground.
• Zippered windows have some small tears in the screen repaired with duct tape.
• Changing room/ bathroom is a touch over 8' tall and has fiberglass floor.
• Dexter TorFlex Axle had the bearings replaced in 2017. (receipt included)
• Pictured with the hardtop installed there's a soft top cover for the tent should you choose to save the weigh and leave the hardtop behind.
• Chrome rails can easily accommodate roofrack cross bars.(the pictured Thule crossbars and Rockymount Bike trays are NOT included)
• Hardtop is lined with a rub strip to hemp protect it when laid down.
• ~21 cubic foot tub has addition tie-down points added.
• Cargo can easily be accessed with the top on tilted up or from inside the vestibule area with the tent erected.
• Gas struts and rigid kickstand help keep lid up when accessing cargo.
• Blue Vinyl factor Rock Guard (bra) protects the front from rock strikes and debris.
• Factory undercarriage skid plates .
• 16" of ground clearance.
• Rear stabilizer jacks.
• Removable Fender Flares.
• Ice Tray chest for coolers up to 54 quarts.
• Metal Mesh basket for items like propane tanks, firewood, or wheel chocks.
• Aluminum-reinforced fiberglass tub construction
• Gel-coat inside and out, non-skid texture inside
• Drain plug for easy cleaning
• 4" square storage bumper
• Rugged steel frame
• Trailer tongue jack with wheel
• Leveling blocks, spare lug nuts, random extras in the tub are included

• 2" Military style pintle hitch.(The shaft was shaved down a fraction of an inch to fit a slightly undersized Wilco Hitchgate receiver. I'd recommend adding a hitch tightening/anti rattle clamp, NOT included)

Easy to change hubs should you want to match the wheels of your rig as I did with my Nissan Pathfinder. Spent $1236.20 for those two matching wheels and tires... yes, receipt included. That truck sold last week and I swapped the two most worn tires onto this trailer. So these BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO LT265/70R16 tires are aged, well worn, and should be replaced. The 6 x 5.5" / 6x139.7mm Nissan, Toyota, others... bolt pattern, American Racing AR969 16 x 8" Satin Black Wheels are in excellent condition.

I recommend watching all the YouTube videos you can find, there's still plenty out there but the "USA Venturecraft Tent Trailer video Production - Wild Visions, Inc" (see pic #20) is the one that sold me!
