However, all vehicles are sold as parts vehicles only and do not come with smog certificates. Also, we never guarantee that they will be up to standards for passing a smog in the state of California (these vehicles are sold for parts only) do your homework bit accordingly

SALES TAX & DMV FEES

Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, registration fees, transfer fees, penalties, and any past-due charges assessed by the buyer’s state of residence. California buyers are encouraged to contact the CA DMV prior to bidding to estimate title, registration, and transfer fees using the VIN and plate.

SMOG (CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY) – 1976 AND NEWER VEHICLES

Vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No smog certificate is provided this vehicle or trailer is being sold as parts only and may or may not even pass smog. We make no guarantee that the vehicle will pass or fail an emissions test.

California Vehicle Code (CVC) §24007(b)(2), issued in accordance with Health & Safety Code §44015, states that buyers may be presented with a Certificate of Compliance or a Certificate of Noncompliance issued within ninety (90) days before or at the time of sale. A Certificate of Noncompliance may allow the buyer to pay applicable registration fees and taxes, transfer the vehicle into their name at the CA DMV, and receive up to ninety (90) days of temporary registration from the certificate issue date, allowing time to repair the vehicle and bring it into CA smog conformity.

-All winning bidders will pay a ($100) one hundred dollar nonrefundable deposit will be automatically paid through Ebay at time of auction end and this $100.00 will be credited you upon payment and Pick Up which must occur or be scheduled within three days of auction end

(No transporter pickup on Saturday unless agreed ahead of time)

STORAGE FEES (IMPORTANT)

Vehicles not picked up within three (3) days of auction end will be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements are made and documented through eBay messaging. Storage fees are not negotiable and must be paid prior to release.

Storage fees:

• $60 initial fee, plus

• $20 per day (passenger vehicles and motorcycles)

• $40 per day (RVs, trailers, and boats)

Vehicles not paid for and have a scheduled picked up within three (3) days of auction ending may result in a lifetime bid block.

Should the vehicle be found defective following purchase, the buyer assumes full responsibility for all service, repair, and related costs. No refunds or returns after the vehicle leaves the premises.

Current registrations, and most cases even the keys are not always available and also beware that many tow yard vehicles have hidden problems prior to even being towed so do your research and bid accordingly and please only bid if you have the money and plan on following through on Showing up with a trailer with a winch and picking up your auction vehicle.
