We are the original owners and have always kept this trailer in our metal building when not being used. It is in excellent condition and has been professionally maintained on a regular basis. Paperwork and receipts are available. This has so much storage, as well as 300 sq ft, it could be used as a mini home.
Upgrades we had installed after purchase include fireplace, bedroom entry door window replaced with slim-shade, upgraded front steps with handrail, keyless entry, Dual LP tank monitor system, Roof mount wifi booster, upgraded Andersen RV levelers, upgraded tow bar.
Silver Fox Edition - Some of the additional Enhancements include 10 Gal. water heater, XL 8 Cubic Foot Fridge, telescoping lighted vanity mirror, 1.5 cf Over-the-Range Convection-Microwave w/Range Hood, 12 volt power jack, slim latch luggage doors. There are many Arctic Fox Standard Features as well.
Looking at the floor plan, you will notice that we have the table that makes into a bed rather than the table and chairs. This bed is short and fit our grandchildren perfectly. Also, there is no swivel rocker or recliners but rather a couch that also makes into a full-sized bed. More pictures are available upon request.
