Tires are in good shape. They are 5-6 years old with approximately 20K on them. Coach has been stored in heated barn when not in use for the past 5 years. Right front hub bearing seal leaks, dash AC doesn't work and hydraulic jacks aren't currently working.
No delamination, the exterior is solid, except for the original vinyl graphics being removed. The roof and seams were sealed last season.
