We are always closed on Saturday and Sunday. The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.
If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.
This is a 2007 Monaco Camelot model 40PEQ 40ft with 4Slides, CumminsISL 400hp Diesel with an Allison 6speed Auto trans.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Diesel gen works with less than 1khours.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues.
There are 2roof AC units that work with the heat pump function.
The LP system Furnace,Water Heater and Stove top try to function but it is out of the LP gas.
It has 2016tires, they should be replaced, approx $2500 or so.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system should work, it was winterized at the auction.
The fridge works.
The power cord is a 50 amp.
The radio does not turn on.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The jacks work.
The keys for the storage bays are missing.
The carpet needs to be replaced due to stains as you can see in the photos.
The batteries are older and may need to be replaced but they seem to be working fine now.
There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit located in the bedroom. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed. Currently there is a combo washer dryer, but we did not check it out, it may or may NOT function.
We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 19years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
