Has small damage to front(can see if picture two) it has been patched. And plastic on jack is cracked but jack works as needed.
This is an awesome unit! We’ve used it and lived in it for a while. We don’t have a vehicle big enough to pull it and we’re renting a house now so we no longer need it. It needs a new home because it’s a very nice trailer that should be used.  It has been well maintained, and well taken care of. No leaks and no issues that I know of. Our brother-in-law helped us move it last time and he used his dump truck and when he backed it up, he put the top back corner of his dump truck into the front of the trailer. It cracked the fiberglass and I would say it’s about 6 x 6“ or so. I immediately filled it with a high grade sealant. I’ve not had a chance to fix the hole with fiberglass but it is 100% sealed. He also broke the plastic around the Jack at the same time. The Jack function fully last time we used it.
When we lived in the camper, we put a window AC unit in the back window space. I removed the window and put the unit in. When we moved out, I put the window back. You can tell that there was something back there, but it’s hardly noticeable.
