Just used last week ac hit water fridge all worked fine . Floor has a soft spot but not a huge issue roof can most likely need a sealing soon as preventive maintained . New toilet and 4 new tires and rims . So easy to tow this camper . Look at original sale of paperwork for more details . Dry weight is 4115 lbs gross weight 5500Length is 23.7 feet when slide is open from the rear that adds another 50 inches . So total length when back slide is open it’s just under 30 feet
