35' Presidential Suite alumi-frame project. Kept outside, lived in by previous owners for while. Purchased in 2024. Sub-floor replacement is partially complete with a sealant coating, new OSB. New floor insulation upgrade with bubble foil layer glued underneath, spray foam edges, packed with insulation filler under the OSB. Meanwhile will continue to work on it. Price is OBO depending on condition. Asking price now is with the finished subfloor and finished rear slide-out floor replaced. Lower section of the cabinets is scrapped unfortunately. Oven and fridge scrapped, was planning to do a full renovation and replace that. Batteries and a/c isn't working. It does have new water heater install, newer large rollup onning replacement. All the fabric & dust collective material has been scrapped. Walls are untouched. Fiberglass insulation is there in the wall but light and flaky. Popouts are working great. Windows and screens are all good condition, sliding and latcing. Blinds and fabric trim and curtains are scrapped, wooden moulding trim is kept. Can include a new never used, damaged in shipping, whirlpool stainless steel gas powered washer and dryer unit top and bottom that fits right in to the space. Tires all holding air in fair condition but somewhat older. Radio system doesnt turn on currently Matress is gone, bedroom area has carpet partially removed and subfloor is great there.
