I have renovated this motorhome and painted the int/ext. There is 12x12 foam puzzle squares under the peel and place vinyl tiles for insulation and added comfort. The floor is not complete but the remaining tiles are in a box. The thermostat broke and I didn't get it replaced or repaired. Living in Florida there's not much need of propane heat so there is a small electric fireplace heater that works great. The furnace worked fine until I accidentally broke it. I used it while working in Tallahassee. The propane tank is built in. The water heater worked when I had propane in the tank. Staying in RV parks, I use their showers and save the cost of propane. The overhead AC unit is 13,000 btu and was installed in 2022. The black tank was repaired from a tire blow out in 2017 but has started leaking again. The old toilet wasn't working so I took it out and put in a portable camp toilet with arm handles and it is a standard size. When I absolutely have to use it, I use the rv waste bags.The flooring has slipped down in the rear so it needs braces put in underneath in the basement area. The roof needs to be sealed, it's been 2 years.I was going to drive it to North Carolina in June but got a mile from the park and it shut down. I had a mobile mechanic come get it running but the distributor is so old, all he could do was clean it. So, it needs a new distributor. Ther is a new battery in it that I bought before I tried to go on vacation.There is no stove but there are countertop appliances I bought that go with it, air fryer, toaster, single burner, double burner and a griddle.There is also an apartment size refrigerator 54" tall in it, bought in 2022. I'll provide interior pics soon as it is scattered with boxes, etc.The bed linens and curtains are also included. The water in the bathroom is shut off as it drains into the black tank. I keep that valve closed.It is almost 33 years old so it's not perfect but it will provide a comfortable place for 1 or 2. There are 2 twin beds also.I have added everything I can think of that needs attention. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. I'm buying a tiny home to make my permanent home NC.
