This was recently used by my son and I as we toured around the country for 8 months in 2023. I'm selling it as-is, due to a couple areas that need attention and I don't have the time or know-how to do it myself.
WHAT WORKS as of last use: Generac generator, both A/C units, water pump and tanks, cooktop, oven, both sinks and toilet, shower, living room slide out, propane, all electrical hookups inside and out, and everything related to the Chevy 5500 engine which runs like new. Having said all of that, it's "as-is" and I'm not guaranteeing it all still works since it's been sitting for almost 2 years now. I replaced the battery 10-29-2025 and it started right up, and I have no reason to think anything stopped working while in storage.
WHAT DOESN'T WORK to the best of my knowledge: The major item, and the reason I'm selling as-is, is the rear bedroom slider is stuck about 4 inches out. I began trying to fix it but stopped when I realized it was over my head, thus the waterproof tape around it in the final photo. The microwave didn't work. The coach batteries are dead. There are a couple deep scratches in the laminate on the passenger side, also taped up and visible in the final photo. A couple cabinet doors need new hinges and are hanging uneven.
We loved living in this RV and hope someone with some handyman expertise gets to put it back to use!
