Awning recently repaired. Roof resealed June 2024. No leaks. Tires good, with new spare. All manuals and service records included. Sleeps six, but that would really be tight. 3-4 is fine. TV included. Propane grill included. Winter tarp included. Additional full-sized 3" foam mattress (comfortable) included on main bed. Custom stainless steel sink to replace the dinky standard sink. Cable connection and cable included. Propane stove works well. AC works well. Lots of storage. Must sell due to death in family.
