Beautiful Forest River Timberwolf 39CA Destination Trailer, or "park model RV" that really needs to be SEEN in person to appreciate how open and spacious it is. This unit feels huge inside, with its high ceilings, sliding glass patio doors, and SO many windows. I have seen several "tiny houses" built by "some guy" in his backyard, and I always wonder how they hold up going down the highway, or after years of use. This is like the best of both - bigger than a standard RV, and built by an actual RV manufacturer who has been in business for nearly 30 years, and a MUCH better use of space than most tiny houses I've seen. TWO full bathrooms, upstairs sleeping loft, split floorplan downstairs, 2 fold-out sofas, a large "convertible" dinette, and the primary bedroom has a standard queen (NEW, never slept on, have pics in plastic) mattress, so it can sleep up to 8 on the main floor and 2 easily in the loft.
The bathrooms are on opposite ends of the unit. 3 slide-outs, full-size (very impressive) refrigerator, large pantry, LOTS of kitchen space and cabinets, black SS residential undermount sink with pull-out faucet/sprayer, microwave, ceiling fan, back-lighting, it even has a wine rack! Primary bath has a large shower, with a sliding glass door and skylight. Hot water on-demand provided by the "Furrion" model F2GWH, and what a massive improvement from the little 6 gallon units that come standard in most RVs. 2 roof-top ACs, heat and air are ducted throughout. Awesome electric fireplace with remote, and color-changing flame option looks great and heats well."Splendide" washer/dryer combo in the primary bedroom. This has never been lived in, the interior is immaculate, but the exterior has some hail dings (CLEAN title, nothing that bad) mostly on the "door side", they're tiny little dings, I'd guess dime-size here and there. They don't show up well in pictures, but you can definitely see them in person, I can send you a video if you have Whatsapp, they're too long for eBay to upload, or take some close-ups and send them if. These are small, and only cosmetic. Residential, full-size sliding patio doors, power awning, light-filtering/sheer shading premium black-out "zebra blinds" in living room, LED lighting and strip-lighting, etc, etc. It has a fresh water tank, grey water tank, and two black tanks (see link for capacities because they have so many different models I wasn't sure what was correct) and factory seamless roof membrane with Heat Reflectivity. 50 amp service, Bluetooth stereo with internal and external speakers, but apparently you need an app I don't have to use the stereo, USB charging stations throughout, and a smart TV. I'm sure there are things I'm forgetting, this thing has a LOT of options and extras...

I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer... NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, trailers, etc... let's just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state's liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I'm "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license several years ago.

Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction's end, and thecoach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer ONLY - NO 3rd party escrow BS with fees, etc. Payments MUST clear before theRV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that's just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you'll see that I don't sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that I have sold or will sell either belongs to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale.
