It’s in great condition, we lived in it while building a shophouse. Now that we’ve gotten moved in we have no use for the RV since it was just a placeholder and we don’t really go camping very often. Below are some of the specs, details, and extra information

-recently replaced downstairs AC unit with a new one, papers included
-has always been stored under a carport to avoid sun damage
Issues: the only issues we ever had was when it gets really hot, the upstairs AC unit sometimes flips the breaker and has to be reset. And sometimes I noticed the furnace unit rattles. Otherwise we never had to make any major repairs, or had any major issues. But just wanted to include this to be transparent.
