The trailer is a 2012 Forest River Cherokee 30U+. It sits on Lot 77 at Quincy Park in Quincy, Michigan. It is a good trailer, built strong, and it has stayed where it was put. It has been owned solely by a grandparent couple who bought it new. It has never known the highway. It has never felt the hard vibration of the open road or the gravel of the long miles. Because it stayed stationary from the day it was purchased, the frame is true and the structure is solid.Inside, the space is large. The main slide-out moves well and opens wide. There is a U-shaped dinette where the family can sit comfortably around the table like a proper homestead, a clear couch, and a private master bedroom forward with a queen bed. It sleeps ten people if they are close.
The big things have been looked after with care:
The Air Conditioner: It was replaced last year. It fights the Michigan heat well and blows ice cold.
The Refrigerator: It is a couple of years old. It holds its temperature and keeps the food cold and the drinks right.
The Awning: It was replaced recently. The shade it makes is good and clean.
The Outdoor Kitchen: It is built for cooking under the open sky, equipped with a clean grill, a small fridge, and solid counter space.
The rear bathroom has a proper shower and vanity. Everything works as it should.
