This RV has been a great unit for us and was used while we were building our ranch house. It haslight damage from a tree limbthat fell onto the trailer and punctured the roof inthree small areas.
The damage can be seen clearly in the roof and interior photos included with the listing. The awning materials has a 10" tear at right where it joins the RV and could be stitched up. We temporarily patched the damaged areas so we could continue using the RV during construction of our house. The patches have served their purpose, but the roof should be professionally repaired or permanently sealed by the new owner.
RV is in really great condition and everything works as it should.
