RV has been used very little so there is very little wear and tear on the interior. Most items such as fridge, stove, sink and toilet look like new. This item has sat in the Las Vegas sun for several years so there are noticeable fading from the exterior and interior wall paper has began to loose adhesion. These are all cosmetic defects and to my knowledge everything inside works like it should. AC, fridge and all powered items work and have been tested. New slide seals have been put on.
