Can sleep 10-12. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom. We put a small mattress on the white wooden shelf on one side for our babies to sleep in the bedrooms with us. Full size bunk beds in the back. Our family has used this camper for 9 seasons. As we used it first in late 2017.We have 7 kids and we have enjoyed many great seasons of camping. We even lived in it for 7 months while we were doing some home remodeling.
We modified the main living area by removing the dinette and couch to put twin beds in the main living area and section them off with curtains at night for privacy for our teens. We also have a Nugget couch included that we use for sitting on in the evenings and for extra sleeping space at night. Under the twin beds is space enough for two more twin beds. We used the area as storage space. We stored crafts, kid toys and cooking supplies on one side. On the other side we have six identical bins that we used to store clothes for trips. Each child had their own bins. We will include all bedding. Sheets, pillows and blankets were recently washed and are in storage bags inside the camper. Tools in the under storage compartment are negotiable.
There is a custom bike rack on the front of the camper that we were able to haul 4 kid and 4 adult bikes on. There is a foldable storage rack on the back. Has city water hookup and fresh water holding tank.
There is a radio with cd player and one tv with dvd player.
All tires have been replaced in the last two years with two additional spare tires.
