Evertyhing in this unit works as it should. There is no cosmetic damage to the exterior. Front driver and passenger vinyl seats are peeling in spots so I have covers on them. Brown circular stain on floor near couch due to an old leak in slide out seal. Seal was replaced by the the dealership and there is no longer a leak in the seal. No damage to the interior. I have changed the oil in the engine and generator yealy and unit was always winterized each year. New tires and engine battery. We had Dish Satellite TV professionally installed.
