This RV was purchased by my brother in law so he could come to Texas during the winter, he used it 3 times, and then had health issues that precluded him traveling. Google's AI says these trailers are rare and sell between 10K and 16K depending on the floor plan.

The title does not include the length of the trailer, we measured and from the ball receiver on the front to the spare tire on the back is 35 feet. The actual trailer frame is around 32 feet.
