Bumper pull, 8500 pounds dry weight. 30-amp electric service. Three slides (kitchen, living, bunkhouse) provides LOTS of living space. Electric leveling jack, stabilizer jacks, & awning for easy, push-button set-up. Features a queen bed, bunkhouse sleeps 3 comfortably, dinette booth converts to bed, couch coverts to bed. Sleeps up to 10. Spacious full kitchen with propane stove and oven, electric/propane refrigerator, island and twin basin sink. Bathroom with standing shower. TV with BluRay/CD player in living area. TVs in master bedroom and bunkhouse. Outdoor kitchen features a small refrigerator, sink, lots of storage, and rear-bumper mounted propane grill. Storage under bed with access from outside and access to propane water heater. Large roof-mounted A/C (not sure of model or BTU capacity). Central, vented heat. KIPOR IG3000 quiet gas generator. Starts with the turn of a key or a rope pull. Needs carburetor cleaned in order to run properly. Large black and grey water tanks with interior gauges to monitor the levels inside. Comes with leveling blocks, two 30-amp power cords, and a full weight distribution and anti-sway hitch system.
Awning material is weathered, but intact. Good for at least one more season. I pull with my 2021 Titan XD and don't feel it behind the truck at all.
